Dan Roark recently joined the Firm in the September 2005. He is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota. His areas of law practice are:

- Probate
Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a contract flight instructor for the U.S. Air Force in Colorado. He also was a commercial pilot in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Education
In 1999, Dan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis University, Parks College, in St. Louis, Missouri. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, in May 2005. Dan law clerked at Lawson Software in St. Paul, Minnesota.
